Friendship Bracelet

Materials: 

Four or five different colors of embroidery thread make a really skinny bracelet.8-10 strings works better. Try using two of each color. 
A piece of cardboard or safety pin 
Scissors to cut the string 
Tape - will keep your thread from slipping off it's place 
A Pillow- you can use pillow to keep and hold your thread well. 
Clipboards will work well in holding your thread too

Procedure:

•	Embroidery thread is typically used for making this bracelet, sometimes called embroidery floss, you can get this at a craft or sewing store. 

•	Take the first color whatever your choice is and wrap it around your wrist 2 times,or from your elbow to your finger tips. The length you now have is the correct length just enough for allownaces.

•	With this same length, cut the thread of your choice.

•	Tie a tight knot at the top end of the thread.

•	Take the far left string and make a forward knot. Pull the first string of thread through the "opening" in the four and then pull it up and tighten to make a knot. Repeat this step again on the same string.

•	Pull the first string of thread over to the right and repeat the steps above, but now using the next string of thread in each case.

•	Work this way for all the strings of thread to complete the first row of all the same color in horizontal pattern.

•	Start the next row using the string of thread again to the far left.

•	Repeat all the steps until you have the next row of patterns finished.

•	Tie the loose ends of your strings with a square knot, repeating the way you started tying your bracelet.
